Barkley Community Outreach
Barkley is dedicated to fostering economic sustainability in the communities we serve by promoting employee volunteerism throughout Ventura County. As caring corporate citizens, and to more formally promote this goal, Al and Griff established the Barkley Cares Program in 2008 to encourage the entire Barkley team to volunteer time toward important social causes.

The Barkley Cares Program Creates Strategic Partnerships
Though this initiative, everyone at Barkley Risk Management & Insurance has volunteered countless hours at the Ventura County Food Bank. The team has also launched the Adopt-a-Family program during the holiday season. As the Barkley Cares Program continues to expand through strategic partnerships with different non-profit organizations, the community outreach team continues to promote employee engagement in different volunteer opportunities. Barkley supports many programs, such as:
- Ventura County Rescue Mission
- Food Share Programs
- Red Cross Blood Drives
- Operation Santa Claus
